ICARUS Contemporary Dance Company
ICARUS is a versatile, technical, creative family of dancers united by a common desire to shatter genre boundaries, defy visual expectation, and rewrite the rules of collaboration. Born from the rich culture of UCLA’s dance community, ICARUS is an audacious new venture into contemporary dance. Inspired by the curious mind of a young man escaping the confines of imprisonment, it is ICARUS’ aim to follow in this great tradition of creative rule-breakers in order to find their place among legends.
