Proyecto de Jornaleros

Proyecto de Jornaleros empowers jornaleros (day laborers) by providing ESL classes and Spanish literacy classes along with political discussions of current events that may directly/indirectly affect them. Student volunteers learn about the jornaleros' reality and can learn through oral history about the lives of this disadvantaged and vulnerable workforce.
