American Association of Women Dentists
The purpose of the UCLA AAWD Chapter is to be a recognized resource for connecting and enriching the lives of women dental students. AAWD provides a platform for issues pertaining to women in the dental profession. We offer our members a variety of programs and services that benefit the needs of the woman dental student. These include community outreach, speakers of interest to women dentists, discrimination and sexual harassment speakers, networking events, access to national AAWD directory, scholarships and awards. All students and faculty are welcome.
