Bruin Consent Coalition
Bruin Consent Coalition was formerly known as 7000 in Solidarity: A Campaign Against Sexual Assault. Our most important goal is to support survivors of sexual violence. We require all members to go through the CARE Certificate Program Training put on by CAPS here at UCLA. This allows us to ensure that all members are able to direct any and all survivors to the appropriate resources on and off campus. We also prioritize educating our fellow students and community members on the necessity of consent in all sexual acts. Additionally, we encourage fellow Bruins to be effective bystanders and speak out against sexual violence.
