Community Brigades at UCLA

The purpose of Community Brigades is to reach out to and enrich the lives of Los Angeles residents. The organization will challenge students at UCLA to address and respond to issues they identify in their own communities. Some of our projects include: planting gardens in areas of Los Angeles without direct access to fresh fruits and vegetables; aiding members of the Los Angeles homeless population; and assisting local pet shelters to combat Los Angeles’ stray pet problem.
