Global Bruin Assistance

This organization will advocate and raise funds for Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF). In advocating for MSF, information about their global, current active efforts will be spread to members of the organization, as well as to members of the UCLA community to garner support behind the organization. The advocacy will translate into incentive to join MSF either directly on their individual terms, or to join the Global Bruin Assistance organization to help us attain our fiscal goals to donate and build compassionate solidarity to save lives. Moreover, to raise funds for the organization, we will hold large, public fundraising events every month open to any individual that 1) informs people about the organization (if they are not a registered member), 2) evokes compassion to compel individuals to donate voluntarily, and 3) sell items for funds. With the money collected from the second and third strategies, we will then give the proceeds directly to MSF on their website for life-saving resources around the world.
