QT Pride

We aim to facilitate a place of camaraderie for transfer students who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, and more. As transfer students, there is a need to bridge the new community members with established transfer students. We aim to provide a space where queer students can grow as leaders, socialize, and work together on establishing and keeping a social group specifically targetting transfer students from all walks of life. We also aim to bridge both transfer and LGBTQ communities. In doing so, we aspire to promote the diversity which makes the queer community so valuable. This social club would raise queer transfer school spirit by providing the first social support group to the incoming and continuing UCLA transfer students who are looking for a queer transfer group.
