Colleges Against Cancer

Colleges Against Cancer (CAC) is a collegiate branch of the American Cancer Society that brings the fight against cancer directly to college students by planning Relay for Life, encouraging education, inspiring advocacy, and celebrating survivorship and engagement. Ultimately, since our start 13 years ago, UCLA CAC has consistently been distinguished with many prestigious awards. We believe that these awards--including Leaders of Hope three years in a row, Survivor & Caregiver Engagement Chapter of the Year three years in a row, and 2014 Advocacy Chapter of the Year--demonstrate the effectiveness of our strategic direction, organization, and execution of the American Cancer Society's mission statement.
