Our Mission The mission of the Graduate-Undergraduate Mentorship (GUM) program is to foster postsecondary success through mentorship relationships between graduate and undergraduate students across campus. GUM will provide accessible resources to empower Mentors and Mentees through interpersonal connections, academic and career development. _______________________________________________________________________ Our Vision Grad-Undergrad Mentorship (GUM) program envisions itself as a bridge between undergraduate and graduate students of diverse backgrounds and career paths at UCLA. By establishing a cycle of mentoring, we are creating a community that values holistic development and experiential knowledge, as well as providing a supportive environment for academic and career success.
