Quale at UCLA, The

The Quale aims to investigate the problem of bridging the "fathomless chasm" between the objective, material brain and the subjective mind by integrating different fields of study and introducing it to the general public in the form of written articles on its website, thequale.org. Through weekly seminars and integration of knowledge, The Quale serves as a learning platform for its members while initiating and supporting novel research ideas. We will be bringing together related studies in areas such as, but not limited to, philosophy and history, neuroscience and psychology, art and literature, social impact and media, etc. on topics including memory, language, emotions, machine intelligence, and many more!
