Animals for Science Kindness

We are looking at the role animals play in science research at UCLA and we seek to empower students to understand if there are more humane methods to achieve scientific knowledge! By studying the current practices, laws, and polling the student body about animal use in research, we aim to open up a practical and tolerant conversation about this important issue. We aim to bridge the gap by involving the voices and opinions of researchers who use animals, the interested student body, and multiple perspectives to come closer to a morally progressive scientific community at UCLA.
