The Sommelier's Club at UCLA

The mission statement for the Sommelier's Club at UCLA is as follows: We, the Sommelier’s Club at UCLA, aim to teach and explain the knowledge needed to pass the test to become a Sommelier. As members hoping to learn about said trade, we hope to learn about wine, from it’s origins in different countries, to the production, and eventually how it becomes an important part of the dinner table. We aim to teach each member the tips and tricks needed to pass the level 1 sommelier test to become a certified sommelier.
