Algorithmic Trading at UCLA

Algorithmic Trading at UCLA meets regularly to come up with new algorithms for testing, as well as come up with new statistical methods that can better predict future trades in the market. Rather than traditional stock trading, our club uses online algorithms that maximize profit without human error. People are encouraged to present their ideas at the meeting. All our methods are done primarily in C++, Java, with live execution using Metatrader. However, people of all programming experiences are welcomed. We are happy to teach beginners the main concepts in algorithmic trading and how to program. For more information, feel free to reach out to us at: algotradingatucla@gmail.com
